I hate it when some of my coworkers always come up w/ an excuse about not going to another lab to either fill paper or give someone a bathroom break. I know one that NEVER goes, she just comes up with these stupid excuses like im too cold when its sunny outside, or im too tired and tries to smile innocently. And even worse is that she is a senior!, if she won't even do stuff like this, how the #$%$ did she get promoted! I have to say I voted against her promotion when I was her FC. What kind of example is she setting for the juniors, and heck, there's no leadership there! I usually stand my ground and refuse to do the task just so I wanted her to go for once, but the other coworker staffed w/ us alway gives in! ARGH!

they forgot last year and now this year too...
